The “Basic" MLS Listing Solution for the “For Sale By Owner” who wants to offer compensation in the local MLS system to encourage Agents to bring Ready, Willing & Able Buyers to their property. The Flat Fee Listing Solution includes:

·         Local Realtors’ MLS Listing with flexibility to choose the MLS Compensation you want to offer to the agent that brings you the buyer

·         Basic Listing with 1 photo on Realtor.com

·         CMA - Comparative Market Analysis to help you calculate your price

·         Home Seller’s Marketing Tips to Stage & Sell your own home

·         Home Seller’s Net Profit Sheet so that you know your bottom line in advance so that there are no surprises at the closing table

·         CSS Realtor Showing & Feedback System

·         All necessary Listing, Disclosure, and Selling Documents

·         Any additional services you may need are optional to you as a For Sale By Owner for $65 per hour. Ask for a Free Quote for any other services you may require.

2.5%-3.0% Total Realtor Fees at Closing.  A minimum offer of 2.5% in Agent Compensation is recommended as an incentive in the MLS System for Agents to bring their Buyers to your door, but 3% will likely bring you more Realtors with buyers. 

0.0% - if You, as the Seller, find the Buyer and they are not working with an Agent then there is no Agent Compensation to pay at closing.
