Unlike most of the other local Realtors, I am the owner and broker of my
own Independent real estate company, and so I can be more flexible to
ensure that my professional services will meet your specific needs. My fees
are also more flexible because I work out of my home to keep my overhead low.
FYI -Before starting my career in real estate in 1994, I was involved in the restaurant industry in many capacities from early bartending and beach-loving
days on the West Coast to the more stressful days as the General Managing
Partner of a 3-STAR Fine Dining Establishment in the snow-covered Midwest.
What does this have to do with Real Estate you ask? Well, it is all about service,
and how my background as a Professional Server and as a Professional Service Administrator will help me serve your specific real estate needs. I am ready to
help you and your family when you are ready to locate, buy, and or sell your
home or other real estate.
My wife Deborah and I moved to Mt. Pleasant in 1992 and we love being close
to the beach, great restaurants, and all that is going on in the Charleston area.
When I am not working real estate, I spend much of my time working in our Garden or Cooking for Deb, my 3 Labradors, and our friends here in the
Lowcountry.
