NEWER HOMES & CONDOS - search only for new construction and for those homes that have been completed within the last three years
GOLF COMMUNITIES - check out only the neighborhoods throughout the tri-county area that are situated on or near golf courses
BEACHFRONT & BEACH ACCESS - prices keep going up, up, up near the ocean - but such is the price of paradise
HOMES WITH DOCKS OR DOCK PERMITS- always in high demand here in the Lowcountry, but there are usually a good amount of these properties to choose from
NORTH MOUNT PLEASANT - this is the area for newer neighborhoods and schools with one more major neighborhood now in planning stages
SOUTH MOUNT PLEASANT- closer to downtown Charleston, mostly well established neighborhoods with a few newer fill in developments
EAST ISLANDS - enjoy some of South Carolina's finest coastal towns including lsle of Palms, Wild Dunes, Sullivans Island & Daniel Island
WEST ISLANDS - also not far from downtown are James Island, Folly Beach, and Johns Island, with Wadmalaw, Kiawah & Seabrook Islands a little further out
