• The CharlestonHomesForSale.com Realtor Opportunity is for Full Time Realtors who have earned the ABR, BIC, CRS, ePRO, and/or GRI designations. This opportunity is not for Part-Time Realtors or for those Agents that prefer to work in a large office environment. 
• There are no Commission Caps or GCI Quotas to meet - you work from Home and you save the typical $12,000 to $18,000 the large companies may take out of your earnings to cover their expensive Brick & Mortal Office Building. 
• Your E & O Insurance is Paid for by CharlestonHomesForSale.com Realty.
• There are no Franchise Fees, Admin Fees, Monthly Fees, or Desk Fees to pay.
• We provide a Unique "Agent Advantage Marketing Package" for $250 per closing, and the package includes:
