To sign up to receive your Tax Free Real Estate Rebate, you can Register at the right and then decide if you want me, Jay Rogers working as your advocate. If not, no problem, there is no commitment. If so, you will receive an Exclusive Buyer Agency Agreement along with your written Real Estate Rebate offer in writing so you can register Jay Rogers at Charleston Homes For Sale as your Buyer's Broker when you visit New Home Builders and get up to 50% of the commission they are offering to Realtors.
